Frequently asked questions about washMaster

01. Creating laundry room groups

1.Click on “Create new”.

2. Choose a name, e.g. the name of your laundrette or your property.

3. Enter the external payout reference, email address, IBAN number and billing address for the monthly credit. (You can leave the coordinates blank – these are especially important for public laundries.)

4. Finally, you can select your currency and payment method. The standard is prepaid. This enables your users to pay via a prepaid credit. Direct Pay is also possible, but this is associated with higher fees. You can then activate the desired functions. Note that these incur higher licence fees. Please contact your Schulthess advisor for the current licence prices.

02. Generate payment slips

1.To generate a payment slip, please navigate to the corresponding overview of the desired Laundry User. Then click on “Generate payment slip”. The button is located below the reference number:

2. A pop-up will appear. Please enter the desired amount and click on “Download/Print”.

3. A payment slip will then be generated: You can print it and send it by post or by e-mail to the corresponding Laundry User.
